We are not anti-housing.

We are pro-community, pro-transparency, and pro-accountability.

We demand:

  • A full Impact Report. Fund a density study of the Huntington Drive corridor — the real impact on small businesses and community.

  • Halt the project. The developer violated city ordinance, bypassed required procedures, and created a public health risk. Freeze all building plans until a full investigation is complete.

  • Place a lien on the property for the public health risks it has caused our community. & pubic hearing before any new permits. No more permits without community input. With City Council Committee, Board or Public Works or Relevant City Departments

  • Mayor’s site visit. Tour El Sereno, meet residents & access negative impact of thisdevelopment.

  • State-level escalation. If the City can’t act, we ask the Mayor to bring this to the Governor’s office to address misuse of housing density laws.
